The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may only release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. 

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

In compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we collect information from persons under 13 years of age, at the discretion of the parent/guardian through a form on our website. We collect this information to provide personal training/football training services. Our website collects the name, age, parent name, and parent emails of minors interested in training. The information is stored in Google Drive and is used only to provide a service to our clients. We do not disclose this information to third parties.

Square Space is the third party used to collect payment information. Information about the minor signing up for training with guardian permission is not shared with Square Space. Information regarding the minor is collected prior to the checkout process to ensure confidentiality.

We will not require to collect more information than necessary for your child to participate in training activities. You may review their child’s personal information, request to delete it, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of the child’s information.
